Merchandise condition - all merchandise is in good retail condtion unless noted. If not, the items are noted and sold "as is".

Terms - payment at time of the confirmation of order. Payment by MasterCard, VISA or cheque..

Taxes - extra where applicable.

Shipping - extra - FOB 1931 Michigian Ave. We ship by Canada Post. We will ship using other couriers. If shipped another courier, there will be an additional $10.00 charge per order.

Returns - Any item is returnable within 10 days of receipt of goods with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. Please call for a return authorization number. The goods must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. There is a 25% re-stocking charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom printed goods are NOT returnable.

If you see any clearance item that you would like to have printed, engraved, embroidered etc, we would be pleased to use that item for your order. Should you require more items than what is available on clearance, we will do our best to fill the order at regular item prices - if possible. Printing, embroidery or embroidery costs are not included inthe clearance prices.
